Mayan Butterfly Koi
If anyone can figure out why our trade called these the "Mayan" butterfly koi instead of black, gold, and white butterfly koi we would love to cite the history here. This hybrid koi has a unique color pattern (pictured) along with the distinctive fins of butterfly koi. This color pattern was one of the few that originated in Malaysia and not in Japan.
